The castle city of Stillmeadow was the first and, for a long time, the only civilized settlement in the country. It was inevitable, then, that Scrion's push to world domination would bring him and his dragons to its walls; in the ensuing siege, the Royal Guard lost many lives holding the dragons at bay until Stillmeadow's mages gained the upper hand and imprisoned Scrion in a crystal.

Stillmeadow is Tobin's home city.
