The Dragon Lord, a dark mass that controls the dragons of the world, who used his rule over these great creatures to attempt total domination. At the end of a long and bloody war he was imprisoned in a crystal by an army of mages (of which Abby's father was one). The victorious mages broke the crystal into shards and hid them around the country to prevent anyone from reuniting them and releasing Scrion.
